Art is life-sustaining and life-giving, and it defines the human spirit of our community.
Art is a unique form of communication that evolves out of curiosity and discovery of feelings and emotions. It is an expression of a heartfelt creative process.
Who We Are
Bardstown for the Arts is a collective of local artists, including craftsmen, painters, sculptors, photographers, and potters displaying and selling art in The Gallery, located on the court square in the historic 1914 post office building. We are committed to supporting artistic expression through the creation, display, communication, performance, and education of the arts in Bardstown, Nelson County, and all surrounding communities.
